Saturday, October 18th – 10K on the Noland Trail – Mariners’ Museum, Newport News, VA
Start training now and participate in the 8th Annual 10K race on the Noland Trail and the One-Mile Family Fun Run.
Advance Registration is $20.00/person or $15 for Friends of the Park.
Race-Day Registration - $25.00/per person. All proceeds to benefit the Park.

Tuesday, October 21 – OSC and the Arthritis Foundation present “Exercise RX” featuring Rheumatologist Elena Flagg, MD at 6:30 PM.
Visit OSC at our new facility on 250 Nat Turner Boulevard, Newport News, to hear about the benefits of exercise for those who suffer with Arthritis. Learn more about living well with Arthritis! Bring a friend! Refreshments will be provided.
Friday, October 24 – OSC provides free Bone Density Screenings at the Anheuser-Busch Health Fair
AB employees are invited to attend the Health Fair and have free Bone Density Screenings at the day-long Health Fair. OSC will also have a booth featuring educational brochures on the latest Orthopaedic treatment innovations.
Friday, October 31st, 2008 – Senior Health Fair, Midtown Community Center, Newport News, VA
Come and learn how to improve your health and well-being and receive information on exercise and nutrition. A variety of free health screenings will be available to all those who attend. Take control of your health! OSC will be providing free Bone Density Screenings, information on Arthritis, Joint Replacement and Pain Management.
