Please read these SMS Terms & Conditions (the “SMS Terms”) carefully. By enrolling or otherwise agreeing to receive text messages from or on behalf of Orthopaedic And Spine Center, you agree to these SMS Terms and our Privacy Policy. 

When you sign up for text messages from Orthopaedic And Spine Center (“OSC”), you are agreeing to receive text, SMS, and MMS messages, to include successor messaging technologies, to communicate with you regarding appointments, billing reminders, prescription reminders, and other information related to your care at OSC.  You may sign up using several methods:

• In-office paperwork
• Our online contact forms
• Verbally in person or by phone

You may opt-out of messages by texting STOP to any text message thread. You will receive a message confirming your opt-out request and may briefly receive additional messages while your request is being processed. If you want to opt back in, you may text our main number or contact us by one of the methods listed below for assistance. 

Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from OSC and to OSC from you. Message frequency may vary, and will depend partially upon your appointment frequency with OSC.
