Introducing Kimberly D. Maigi, FNP-C to the Hampton Roads Community

We are so pleased to announce that Kimberly D. Maigi, FNP-C, has joined OSC as our newest provider! Kim will be working with Dr. Raj Sureja in the recently opened OSC Pain Management Center, on the second floor of our Main Office building, at 250 Nat Turner Boulevard in Newport News.
Born in Minnesota, Kim comes to us by way of Missouri State College, where she recently received her degree as a Certified Family Nurse Practitioner. Kim brings with her a strong nursing background that encompasses emergency/trauma nursing, cardiac step-down, pediatric home health, and geriatric nursing. Her background and experience especially suits a practice setting that has a strong focus on patient education and wellness, as is the case at Orthopaedic & Spine Center. As an emergency nurse and throughout her clinical rotations, Kim discovered the she was well-suited to a practice setting where she could work at a fast pace with a variety of patients and conditions. Kim\’s emergency nursing experience as well as her clinical experience in underserved communities has prepared her to adapt to providing for the health needs in the Newport News area. Additionally, Kim has experience volunteering in a free clinic in Springfield, MO that allowed her to appreciate the challenges and joys of serving underserved populations.
Kim and her husband have settled in Williamsburg and look forward to getting to know the Hampton Roads Community in the years to come. Please join us in welcoming Kim to the OSC Family!
