PHYSICAL THERAPISTS
Junmei Pan graduated Summa Cum Laude from State University of New York at Buffalo in 1998. She has over 16 years of experience in orthopedic sports medicine and is extensively trained in manual therapy using Muscle Energy technique
Dr. Jamie Swale has been a licensed physical therapist since 2010. She joined the Physical Therapy team at OSC in 2016.
Jim Koske brings 16 years of Physical Therapy experience to OSC, from his first job as a Physical Therapist at Riverside Regional Medical Center to his most recent employment with Sentara Health System.
Dr. Brittney Merendino joined the OSC Physical Therapy team in 2022 and has been a licensed Physical Therapist since 2015. She earned her Bachelor of Exercise Science Degree in 2010 and Doctor of Physical Therapy Degree in 2015, both from Old Dominion University in Norfolk, VA.
Dr. Tom Toothaker joined the Physical Therapy team at OSC in 2011. He received his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Biology from Christopher Newport University and Doctor of Physical Therapy Degree from Old Dominion University.
Paige Tretter, DPT, received her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Wheeling Jesuit University in Wheeling, West Virginia.

Bill has been practicing as a Physical Therapy Assistant for over 27 years, with experience ranging from wound care to neuro/stroke rehabilitation.
Fred Wintermantel comes to OSC with 6 years of Physical Therapy experience, having working in several outpatient clinics, an assisted-living community and in a skilled nursing center.
