Dr. Boyd Haynes is a Sports Medicine fellowship-trained orthopaedic surgeon who has been with OSC since 1992. His practice is focused on sports-related injuries and disorders, with a special emphasis on hips, knees and shoulders.
Dr. Bob Snyder joined OSC in 1994. He is a board-certified orthopaedic surgeon whose practice is primarily focused on arthroscopy of the knee and shoulder, as well as total joint replacement and treatment for sports-related injuries.
Dr. Jeffrey Carlson joined OSC in 1999, and serves as the President and Managing Partner. He is a board-certified, fellowship-trained spine specialist who focuses on the treatment of injuries and disorders of the spine.
Dr. Martin Coleman joined OSC in 2002. Dr. Coleman received his undergraduate degree at Harvard College, and went to medical school at the New York University School of Medicine.
Dr. Mark McFarland joined OSC in 2005. He is a board-certified and fellowship-trained Spine Specialist. His practice is focused primarily on the care and treatment of injuries and disorders of the spine. He specializes in Less-Exposure Spine Surgery (LESS)
Dr. Raj Sureja joined OSC in 2008 as a board-certified, fellowship-trained Interventional Pain Management Specialist. His practice is focused on pain reduction of the spine and spine-related disorders through minimally-invasive interventional procedures.
Dr. Jenny Andrus is an interventional pain management physician who joined OSC in 2009. Her practice focuses on the treatment of painful musculoskeletal and neurologic disorders.
Dr. Emily A. Ludwig joins OSC as the Pain Psychologist for our Interventional Pain Management Department. She will work hand-in-hand with Dr. Raj Sureja and Dr. Jenny Andrus to provide psychological assessment and treatment for all chronic pain disorders.
As a fellowship-trained orthopaedic surgeon, my practice is focused on the treatment of arthritic or injured hip and knees, with special interest in revision surgery for failed previous total knee or hip replacements.
Tonia Yocum completed Physician Assistant school at Alderson-Broaddus College in West Virginia, with a Bachelor of Medical Science and Sports Medicine.
Erin Lee P.A., received her undergraduate degree in Biology at North Carolina State University. She furthered her education by obtaining her Master’s degree in Surgical

A Navy veteran, Monica brings to OSC a wealth of experience, most recently working for a four-location private medical practice which provided primary and urgent care, concierge medicine and senior care for an assisted-living facility.
