If I feel uncomfortable while in the MRI, can I stop the scan? What are my options?

Your comfort is our first concern while you are having a MRI scan. You will be in constant communication with the MRI technicians and you can stop the scan at any time.

We have a fan in case you get warm, blankets in case you are cool and bolstering pillows to help you stay comfortable during a long scan. We have a selection of music available to listen to through headphones. If you have claustrophobia, please notify the technician upon arrival so he/she can make your experience as positive as possible.
