Dr. Carlson has been my back doctor for the last two years treating me for lumbar, leg and back pain and sciatica. We started slowly with regular physical therapy and my discomfort was under control. After a year we started discussion about a lumbar fusion. He made me feel comfortable with his decision that the next step would alleviate my pain and so. I agreed. I had it done in January 2026 and today I am a new person. I am still doing PT at home but my last appointment showed my back and spine surgery was successful and my back pain is gone. Everyone at OSC has been a pleasure to work with.
