Workers’ Compensation Injury Management – Insurance Claims
At OSC, we understand the importance of helping the injured worker recover from their injury and also recognize the urgency of getting them back to work as quickly as possible. We are also dedicated to helping employers by returning their workers to the job as soon as is medically appropriate and will always release employees to return to light-duty jobs as quickly as possible. We will assist the Claims Adjuster and will provide all necessary clinical documentation to aid with the following:
- Setting Case Reserves
- Determination of Benefit
- Return-to-work status
- Light-Duty Accommodations
- Independent Medical Evaluations
- Impairment ratings
- Catastrophic case management
- Life-care planning
In order to streamline our services, OSC has a dedicated Workers’ Compensation Coordinator to assist you and your injured worker. Our coordinator is available to offer individual assistance with scheduling appointments, answering questions, completing forms, and communicating the healthcare needs for your employee.
If you are managing the case of an injured worker who requires Orthopaedic or Interventional Pain Management services, we invite you to call our Workers’ Compensation Coordinator, Tracy Luper. She will be happy to speak with you about any questions you may have regarding the employee and their Workers’ Compensation Injury, working with OSC and understanding the clinical services which we offer.
