Dr. Haynes,
I want to thank you so much for helping me in my time of need. I know you perform many surgeries, but believe me, I thank God for you! I can’t imagine anyone enduring the pain I did, but I honestly believe everything happens for a reason. Now that I am on the road to recovery, I can see that light shining much brighter than before, and I have you to thank for that. All my coworkers are looking forward to me walking again, and I speak for us all in a job well done to you! Goodbye to the walker!
