I really like to line dance. In October 2002, I needed to have my hip replaced because of arthritis. It was a big step for me to proceed with this surgery as I believed my line dancing would not be an activity I would be able to participate in afterwards. I also wondered how long my “bionic hip” would last, because of dancing.
Well, here I am going on l5 years, and my hip and I are still going strong! I am a 75 year-old woman, trying to move faster than the germs around me, and my hip is allowing me to move and enjoy my favorite past time — Thank You Dr. Haynes!!
