Cody Leeworthy, DPT, received his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of St. Augustine for Health Science, in Saint Augustine, Florida.
Paige Tretter, DPT, received her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Wheeling Jesuit University in Wheeling, West Virginia. Both Cody and Paige bring extensive skilled Physical Therapy experience to OSC from their service while working in varied health care settings. Welcome Aboard!
