I recently had a 2 level, bi-lateral lumbar spinal fusion (L4-L5,L5-S1) performed by Dr. Carlson (April 2015).
After 2 unsuccessful surgeries with a different Orthopaedic Surgeon, I was referred to Dr. Carlson. I cannot say enough wonderful things about him and the entire staff at OSC.
Dr. Carlson was very thorough in his review of my case and in making his diagnosis and recommendations. After conducting 2 different diagnostic tests to determine the likelihood of a 3rd surgery improving my condition, Dr. Carlson presented multiple options for treatment and I chose to move forward with surgery. Everything from the scheduling process, to the procedure itself, to the follow-up went very smoothly and with no complications.
After suffering for 2 years in severe, debilitating pain, I want to thank Dr. Carlson and his staff for everything they have done for me, and continue to do in my recovery. A very pleasant experience from start to finish and I highly recommend Dr. Carlson and OSC.
